That’s why I’ve designed a streamlined, email-first process that keeps things moving—without endless meetings or calendar chaos. Here's exactly what you can expect when we work together with one of my consulting packages.
STEP 1
Inquiry & Discovery
Send me an email at angela@unionjackconsulting.biz or select the 'get started' button on one of my packages which will take you to a quick form to fill in. Tell me about your project, what you need help with, if you need one / multiple packages, and any package customizations.

STEP 2
Proposal, Contract & Payment
We can communicate via email, or a discovery call if preferred to nail down some details. I'll then send over a custom proposal, contract, and invoice with clear pricing, deliverables, and timelines—all handled through HoneyBook. You’ll be able to review, sign everything, and make the payment for your package in one go.

STEP 3
Project Questionnaire
After your contract is signed and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a tailored questionnaire based on your project. This captures everything I need to hit the ground running. If anything’s missing, I’ll follow up directly.

STEP 4
Project in Progress
This is where the magic happens. I’ll get to work behind the scenes while keeping you in the loop at key milestones. Instead of live meetings, you’ll receive project updates via email—often with annotated screenshots or mockups so you can review everything in your own time.

✅ Revisions and questions handled through email unless a zoom meeting is requested by the client.
STEP 5
Review & Revisions
Once your deliverables are ready, I’ll send you a secure link to view everything. You’ll fill out a short feedback form to request changes or approve the project.

✅ Clear revision rounds (typically 1–2 depending on your package)
STEP 6
Final Delivery
Once approved, I’ll deliver your final files in the format you need (PNG, MP4, PDF, etc.). I’ll also send a wrap-up email.
